ON-RAMP 

The on-ramp is a one-on-one or small group course that teaches the foundational movements of CrossFit, plus other movements that are frequently used during workouts. The on-ramp program will also teach the language of CrossFit, meaning all the acronyms, the benchmark workouts, and the significance of Hero WODs. This program will put you through 12 workouts (3 days a week). You will be asked to commit yourself to attending each class in order to have the ability to graduate from the on-ramp program and into the general CrossFit classes. We will focus on the following: Injury prevention, CrossFit community, Modifications and Nutrition. No refunds on the cost of the class once you start. The cost will be due at the start at the 1st of each month regardless if you finish all 12 in that month or not.

4TH QUARTER PERFORMANCE 

Fourth Quarter Performance strives to build school age athletes strength, agility, speed, and power. This program will benefit any sports program as supplemental work during off season. We offer 3 days of strength and conditioning, and one day of speed and agility work on Saturday. Check us out on instagram!

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:30pm- Strength and Conditioning 

Saturday 10:30am- Speed and Agility drills 

OPEN GYM 

This is a self directed hour for you to get in an extra workout, work on getting stronger, specific skills, or on your mobility. There will be no coaching for this time. This is a great opportunity to work on skills, supplement a strength program, or simply break a sweat. This is not meant for beginner athletes who would benefit from direct coaching. This is included in membership, non-members may pay via punch card or drop-in.
