Not ready for group training just yet, or seeking more 1-on-1 training? We offer 30 minute or hour-long sessions with our experienced coaches. These sessions will be tailored to your individual goals, with an emphasis on functional fitness. We all want to move more freely, play with children/grandchildren, and limit physical ailments. Our coaches will help you gain this freedom, and take charge of your fitness.
