What is a “No Sweat Intro”?

During our 15-minute “NO SWEAT INTRO”, you’ll meet one of our coaches, take a tour of the gym, and discuss your individual fitness and health goals. Together, we will formulate a plan to best help you bridge the gap between your current baseline level, and your fitness goal. This consultation is completely FREE, and there is no pressure and no workout clothes are needed.  

We take the time to discuss your personal fitness goals and help you map out a plan to get there. At Rig Town CrossFit, we are invested in helping you achieve your goals. We are here to help and cheer you on every step of the way through your fitness journey.
