Thank you for contacting CrossFit Rig Town. We look forward to meeting you, and discussing how we can help you reach your goals. Whether you are an experienced CrossFitter, or have never exercised a day in your life we can help.

We’ve attached info for all of our common questions below. Please email us if you have further questions, or are ready to set up your session! We are here for you, and cannot wait to meet you.

One question we always ask our new members, is what is YOUR why? You may want to keep up with your children/grandchildren, loose that stubborn weight, improve endurance, or become a better athlete. We all walk into the doors of CF Rig Town seeking one thing: become a better human. And the good news is, we are here for you. No matter your fitness or experience level we can help.



New to CrossFit?

We have a program specifically designed to get you ready to take CrossFit classes safely and confidently. Our on-ramp program is design to help you bridge the gap in your transition into CrossFit. This is program gives you four 1-on-1 sessions with a coach. During these sessions you will be taught how to safely perform foundational movements, body control and awareness, scaling progressions, and how to navigate a regular class.

Experienced CrossFitter?

We’d love to have you in for a trial session. We offer one free class to experienced CrossFitters, so you can experience the gym first hand. We do limit our trial session to those with experience. Please email us to set this up, and include your past experience in CrossFit. We look forward to meeting you! See pricing, and schedule below.

Dropping In?

We LOVE drop ins, however due to COVID-19 our class space is limited. We offer single session drop ins, and week-long drop in passes based on availability. Drop-ins must be set up in advance, please do not walk into the gym. Shoot us an email, and include your prior experience with CrossFit along with what days/times you are looking for. We look forward to meeting you! See schedule below.


CrossFit not your thing? Want a Cardio focused class?

We offer a cardio based class called CardioFit, designed to get you sweating in a short amount of time.
Do you need a quick workout, but you’re strapped for time? CardioFit is a 40-minute class for an energetic workout that combines cardio, core strengthening, and full-body functional movements using equipment like kettlebells & wall balls. No complicated olympic lifts or serious CrossFit gymnastics, this class is completely focused on building strong hearts, lungs & muscles through efficient endurance-focused workouts. No Intro class needed, anyone at any fitness level can attend! This can be done as a stand alone program, or as an addition to CrossFit. Email us for a free trial class!

Have a school aged athlete?

We offer a program called “4th Quarter Athletics”, which is an hour long class that focuses on speed, agility, and strength training. This class is currently offered Monday/Thursday at 3pm.
