On-ramp
Our on-ramp program is designed for those new to crossfit, teaching the foundational movements of CrossFit as well as how to safely take classes. This is taught over four personal training sessions with one of our coaches. The safety and development of efficient movement patterns is the focus of this course. crossfit
CrossFit is a group training with classes working under the guidance of a coach to complete the unique workout for the day. The workout of the day (WOD) can include bodyweight movements, weightlifting, gymnastics and traditional cardio, all combined to create a daily challenge. Each WOD is modified for you to meet your individual fitness level. We have beginners to advanced athletes in the same classes working to complete the workout of the day at their skill level. Our CrossFit workouts are both challenging and exciting.
The fun is in the community. We support and encourage each other every day in and out of the gym. CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by effective exercise and sound nutrition. You can accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. Our program works for everyone whether you’re just starting out or you’ve trained for years.

4th Quarter Performance
Fourth Quarter Performance strives to build school age athletes strength, agility, speed, and power. This program will benefit any sports program as supplemental work during off season. We offer 3 days of strength and conditioning, and one day of speed and agility work on Saturday. Check us out on instagram!
